Nicholas Zalucki

Nick320.jpgNicholas is currently a second-semester senior in the Visual and Media Arts Department. This December he will receive his Bachelor's Degree in Producing with a concentration in Film and Television and a minor in Advertising. Throughout his time at Emerson, Nicholas has been involved in a number of projects produced by The Emerson Channel and other student organizations. Straddling both above and below-the-line positions, he enjoys all aspects of media production and is also currently a student-mentor where he teaches production basics to Boston area high school students as part of Emerson's BRIDGE program. On campus, he has also worked at Emerson's Equipment Distribution Center since 2006.

In 2008, Nicholas spent the summer as an intern on PBS' Emmy-Nominated Antiques Roadshow, produced locally by WGBH in Brighton. This past summer he also attended Emerson's Los Angeles Program where he worked with renowned Executive Producer Mark Burnett. As an intern to his executive office, Nicholas attended the 2009 MTV Movie Awards and also worked on current productions of Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader?, Shark Tank, The Celebrity Apprentice, and Survivor: Samoa.

After graduation, Nicholas hopes to pursue a further MFA degree in either New York or Los Angeles.
